Launching new products is slow. Transacting across multiple distribution layers is complex. Activating and engaging partners at scale is harder than it should be. Efinity was built to change that. **Forged inside a digital MGA**, the platform enables carriers, MGAs, brokers and partners to: - **configure and launch specialty insurance products quickly** - **transact efficiently across multiple distribution layers** - **engage partners effectively to drive growth** This distribution‑led approach gives organisations the control, transparency and speed they need to scale confidently. **Leadership aligned to the mission** Ian Summers joins Efinity with more than 40 years of leadership experience across the specialty market, including senior roles at **Aon**, **Sequel**, **Verisk**, and **AdvantageGo**. He has a long track record of driving client success, modernising market infrastructure and leading technology‑enabled transformation across the industry. He succeeds **Maciej Bud‑Gusaim**, who led Efinity through its foundational phase, shaping the platform, establishing early market traction and defining the strategic direction that now powers its growth. As Chief Innovation Officer, Maciej will continue to advance Efinity’s platform and deliver measurable commercial outcomes for carriers, MGAs, brokers and partners. **A clear direction for the future** With a strengthened leadership team and a platform already trusted by major insurers, Efinity is positioned to accelerate its impact across the specialty market, helping organizations launch products faster, transact more efficiently and engage partners to grow. ## Share this post [mailto:https%3A%2F%2Fefinity.com%2Fen-us%2Fefinity-blog%2Fefinity-welcomes-ian-summers-as-group-chief-executive-officer](mailto:https%3A%2F%2Fefinity.com%2Fen-us%2Fefinity-blog%2Fefinity-welcomes-ian-summers-as-group-chief-executive-officer) ## Keep reading ### [![](https://efinity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Peter%20Houston%20blog%20post.png?width=1200&height=628&name=Peter%20Houston%20blog%20post.png) Press Release Efinity strengthens leadership team as Peter Houston joins as Senior Advisor](https://efinity.com/en-us/efinity-blog/efinity-strengthens-leadership-teams-as-peter-houston-joins-as-senior-advisor?hsLang=en-us) ### [![](https://efinity.com/hs-fs/hubfs/MGAA%20Blog%20Pic.png?width=1200&height=628&name=MGAA%20Blog%20Pic.png) Press Release Efinity- Partnership with MGAA](https://efinity.com/en-us/efinity-blog/efinity-partnership-with-mgaa?hsLang=en-us) [![Efinity-Logo 200p](https://efinity.com/hubfs/Efinity-2.svg "Efinity-Logo 200p")](https://efinity.com/en-us/home?hsLang=en-us) - [Product](https://efinity.com/en-us/product?hsLang=en-us) - [About](https://efinity.com/en-us/who-we-are?hsLang=en-us) - [Partners](https://efinity.com/en-us/partners?hsLang=en-us) - [Latest News](https://efinity.com/en-us/latest-news?hsLang=en-us) - [Contact Us](https://efinity.com/en-us/contact-us?hsLang=en-us) --- [Threats and Protection Methods](https://efinity.com/threats-and-protection-methods?hsLang=en-us) | [Security and Privacy Policy](https://efinity.com/en-us/security-and-privacy-policy?hsLang=en-us) © 2026 Efinity. All rights reserved ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "Efinity", "url" : "https://efinity.com/en-us/efinity-blog/author/efinity" }, "dateModified" : "2026-09-03T14:00:00.542Z", "datePublished" : "2026-09-03T14:00:00.000Z", "headline" : "Efinity welcomes Ian Summers as Group Chief Executive Officer", "image" : [ "https://efinity.com/hubfs/Blog%20Features%20Images%20(2)-1.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://efinity.com/en-us/efinity-blog/efinity-welcomes-ian-summers-as-group-chief-executive-officer", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://efinity.com/hubfs/Logo_efinity.png" }, "name" : "Efinity" } } ```
