Information clause for contacting via the online form

In connection with the inquiry via the contact form addressed to Efinity Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 42, 02-672 Warszawa, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000073606 (hereinafter: "Company" or "Data Administrator"), we inform that we process your personal data, in particular we collect, record, organize, store, retrieve, review and use them for the purposes indicated in this information.

Purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data. The legal basis is the necessity of data processing to respond to the correspondence and the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, i.e. to ensure the security of ICT systems ((Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Obligation to provide data. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will make it impossible to respond to the correspondence.

Recipients of personal data. In connection with the purpose of processing your personal data, they may be made available to: (1) public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes resulting from the provisions of law; (2) entities processing data on behalf of the Company, participating in the performance of activities, including providing technical services, handling correspondence, archiving documents, developing and maintaining IT systems.

Data storage period. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to handle correspondence and the need to store data resulting from the law or legally justified interest of the Company.

Your rights. In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights: (1) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof; (2) the right to rectify (correct) your data; (3) the right to limit or object to data processing, whereby separate provisions may exclude the possibility of exercising this right; (4) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Data transfer outside the EEA. As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.

Automated processing of your personal data. Your personal data will not be processed by us in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling).
